80th Anniversary concert with 4 male voice choirs (over 100 choristers) and a swing band at Southwell Minster on 5th October 2024, 7.30pm.

The highlight concert of Mansfield and District Male Voice Choir’s 80th year milestone will be an anniversary celebration concert in Southwell Minster. It will also feature Bestwood Male Voice Choir, Eastwood Collieries’ Male Voice Choir, Ravenshead Swing Band and St. Edmundsbury Male Voice Choir, Suffolk.
The concert on Saturday 5th October, will be one of the biggest male voice festivals in Nottinghamshire in 2024. It will include classic male voice pieces, hymns and modern songs and the contrasting sounds of the swing band.
Money raised will go to Hetty’s which supports local families affected by loved one’s alcohol or drug abuse and Nottinghamshire Blood Bikes, whose volunteers support the NHS.
There are some fantastic raffle prizes including tickets for the show and hospitality suite for Jason Manford and entry into an exclusive suite for a Nottingham Panthers game; both events are at the Nottingham Arena
