Preceding the awards presentation, the club held its annual AGM, which outlined to success the club has seen in developing both its membership and the number of members entering regional competitions across time trials, road race and cyclo-cross disciplines.  The club received a grant from the Newark Youth Trust, which allowed it to purchase some flood lights, that are now extensively used at its junior coaching sessions each Tuesday 6.30pm at North Muskham Rural Community Centre.  The club are preparing to hold a number of open competitions, which will help to raise the profile of cycling in the town.
