
One last challenge for 2016
GBC Triple Tipple Marathon day 2,
In Adam's own words,
If I'd had a camera this morning I could've got some fantastic photos when running. It was misty the whole way round. It was cold when we got started and I did think it was going to warm up but that wasn't the case and at one point I had had ice in my hair and on my T-shirt. Found it hard to get going starting off with my hip hurting. But found a riven that worked, I would say about 10 miles in and I started to slow up. But made sure that I would continue running as it was cold. Very pleased to say a new course record 02:58:18sec and first back.
I may wait to the morning to find out if I'm going to run the marathon as I don't want to spoil what a fantastic year I've had. Last thing I wanna do is pick up an injury going into 2017. Today was my 289 marathon/ultra
