Balderton captain forced to retire
Balderton cricket club captain David Lynn has announced his retirement from cricket as of last Saturday after the Wollaston game. Persistent knee injuries have unfortunately got the better of him.
After a full year out of the game he came back last season to guide his side back to the top flight but could not shake off the injury.
Taking over from him at “the Playing Field” is expected to be Tim Clipsham.
