Just another Saturday for the wonderful Adam Holland, I will let him tell you all about it;
Start my morning off by doing there Warrington Parkrun as a warm up for the Winter Track Marathon. Happy to be first around in 16:54sec. Got over to the track and ready to go. Horrible weather for it having wind and rain ☔️ on the track had to do some weaving in and out of people. Started off very well all the way up to about 14/15 miles when I started getting mentally tired and lost confidence in myself. Could feel I was getting slower and didn't feel like running any quicker even though I know my body could've. I am disappointed in myself as I did want to do A quicker time. Think I finished in just over 2:45:00 I was 1st to finish.
