Day three saw a run round Balderton Lake from Flowserve and once again it attracted over 100 runners.
For the third night Running Adam Holland was first back while Southwell's Katie Simpson repeated her Grove success with another first place finish.
Tonight will see everyone at Flardon Riverside for a run along the river
