It’s Notfast’s turn
There were 37 club members over 5 Parkruns this week. PB for Alexander Combie, Cathy Clarke, Mark Hawkings, Peter Brown and Alison Greenwood
Sue and Steve Needham were at the Richmond running weekend at Kew Gardens
Both ran the 10k on Saturday in 01:15:07, and followed it up with a half marathon on Sunday, Steve competing in 02:12:45 and Sue in 02:38:09
Maria Brambles was also at the Key Gardens 10k, obtaining a new PB in 55:57
Leon Leong was in Mansfield for the Mansfield 5k – 32:26
Mark Hawkings completed the 10k in 01:20:23 (2nd PB of the weekend)
Kim Etherington-Bates completed the Calke Abbey 10k in 52:17
2 members were in Cleethorpes for the Half marathon: Stuart Chase 01:55:12 and Barry wood 01:58:55 (PB)
The main event in the last week was the Ponton Plod, a 27, 17 or 12 mile race from great ponton in Grantham, Notfast have a large involvement with this race, be it setting up, volunteering or running. Full results at bottom of report
