Keyworth is our first stop, where David Cross was running in the Turkey Trot half marathon. There are a few testing hills on the course but that didn't phase David who finished in a new PB time of 1:35:41.
Four Striders were in 10K action at Bolsover. Jan Bailey was first over the finishing line, 11th place and a time of 35:23. Dave Dews was next 44:28, Peter Davis won the V65 age category in 45:53 and Philippa Clarke stopped the watch at 47:29, which is a super new PB time by half a minute.
Ruth Mountstevens was at the Great Sprout Scuttle, an off road 10K near Doncaster. There was a festive theme and Ruth finished in 1:05:59.
Elsewhere, Clare Stainton, Ian Dobison and Bev Hancock were cani-cross racing at Cliff Lakes.
