From the capital to the countryside Notfast have it covered

There we 33 club members at Parkruns this week, in Victoria Dock, Bakewell, Beeston, Belton House, Braunstone, Clumber Park, and Newark. PBs this week for Rachel Sheldrake and Kirsty Watson.

On Saturday, Madaleine Combie completed the Clumber Trust 10 in a new PB of 1:14:21

At the Longhorn on Sunday, NOTFAST were well represented in a number of distances. 

In the 5K, Ernie Clarke finished first in age group in 30:54, Cathy Clarke, also first in age group in 31:06, and Steve Crook with his son in 31:48, and Andy Watts in 36:47. 

In the 10K, Dave Fargher was first back in 52:01, followed by Kimberley Etherington-Bates (55:59 and 2nd in category), Kirstie Crook (1:01:16), Victoria Heath (1:10:06), Jacqui Walton (1:10:13), Dianne Kennett (1:16:25), Jill Fowkes (1:16:44), Sarah Ridley (1:27:47), Gill Goode (1:29:16), and Zoe Smith (1:39:24).

In the half marathon distance, Fay Parker finished her first half marathon in 2:14, followed by Kira Green in 3:13:44.

In the marathon distance, Nikki Dales and Claire Wood finished together in 5:00:40, in Nikkis first ever marathon.

In the 60K Ultra, Jim Lovett and Adam Jackson pulled out at the 30K mark, in what was a great effort.

In London, NOTFAST had four representatives in the hottest London marathon on record. Damian Davies came back in 3:05:14, followed by Piotr Dura in 4:16:39, Andy Rowlands in 4:35:56, and Breeze Rowlands in her first marathon in 5:18:06
