There were 40 club members over 3 Parkruns this week: PB's for Damian Davies, Peter Lane, Suzanne Catley, Cath Hare, Kate Wilson, Dianne Kennett, Karen Borrill, Anna Claire-Poulson andLaura Smith
There were Plenty of half marathon racers this weekened:
To Start, Netty Stevens ran the Tissington Half Marathon on Saturday, completing in 02:06:27, and then, not content with just one, she ran it again on Sunday, completing in 02:04:21.
Also at the Tissington Half: Annette Taylor (01:56:32) and Angela Brown (01:56:42) – Both getting half marathon personal bests – Huge congratulations
We had 13 Notfast members at the Robin hood half marathon:
Damian Davies was first back for the club (01:23:48), Followed by Richard Hallam (01:29:07), Stuart Walker (01:30:13), Anthony Cork (01:39:57), Amy Walker (01:49:58), Lyn Gascoigne (01:58:45), Matthew Gascoigne (01:59:26), Jayne Wheway (02:03:31), Kimberley Etherington-Bates (02:04:54), Stephen Crook (02:09:07), Kirstie Crook (02:09:08), Gail Knapton (02:24:16), Jonathan Van-Tam (02:34:21)
Also on Sunday was the Osberton 10k Trail race held in the Osberton Estate in Worksop of which we had 3 members taking part:
Stuart Hawkes, Cliff Robinson and Kerry Robinson, competing in 01:07:00
Taking the total distance ran in competitive events this weekend to 588.4km and the total distance for September to 3613.8km – the equivalent of Newark to Cairo
