40 Notfasters at the Parkruns
40 NOTFAST members took part in Parkrun this week, with Faye Hemingwayat Colwick Park, Anna Wilkinson at Lincoln, Rachel Sheldrake at Gainsborough, and everyone else at Newark. Madaleine Combie completed her 150th Parkrun which is an amazing achievement, and Parkrun PB’s this week for Damien Davies, Cliff Robinson, Breeze Rowlands and Anna Wilkinson.
A relatively quiet week for events, but 4 NOTFAST runners took part in the Clumber Park free 10K on Sunday. Beth Webster was unfortunatley injured during the run and was unable to finish, but Richard Hallam, Andy Floyd and Netty Stevens enjoyed the event, with Netty breaking her 10K PB of 53:57, knocking 3 minutes off her previous best.
