Big turn out for Summer Solstice
25 Club members over 6 parkruns, PB for Debbie Harding
There were 3 members taking part in the Grimsthorpe Gallop. Vic Knight taking part in the 10k in 01:04:43 and Maria Brambles and Suzanne Catley taking on the 10 Mile in 02:02:34
Madaleine Combie was at Clumber park for the Clumber trust 10k getting a new course PB in 01:07:36.
Netty Stevens was in London for the Metro London Blind Sports event, taking home 2 gold medals, once for the ladies 800m and one for the 1500 m.
The main event was on Friday night in Long Bennington, The Summer Solstice road race held by Grantham
running club. Notfast had 65 members taking part, 22 of which got personal bests, Full results below but some standouts as follows:
