45 Notfast Club members took part over 9 parkruns at the weekend, A personal best for Laura Smith being the stand out result.
Steve Neddham took part in the Royal Windsor Triathalon (1500 swim, 40k Bike and 10k Run), completing in 04:12:05
Nikki Dales ran the Dark Peak trail race, 15.71Mile getting silver award in 03:00:07, In the same race but shorter distance, Suzanna Catley and Maria Brambles completed the 12km route in 01:47:00
Notfast had 2 members at the Nottingham 10k, Loeon Leon – 01:11:41, Paul Swinburn 01:05:21
Peter Lane took on “the Wall” for his 40th birthday, a 70 mile ultra marathon starting in Carlisle and finishing at millennium bridge in Gateshead. A total time of 22:28:00.
