What a brilliant weekend of swimming from Newark sc and Newark Nova Centurion Sc . Over 40 medals won ! Gracie Palmer managed 12 pb's out of 13 swims with a gold a silver and 4 bronzes and another mid time.
Ben Bilton followed up Saturday's excellent swims with two more PB's and 2 more county qualifying times for 200mts free and 50mts Fly.
A great team weekend with a total medals haul of 42 from a very talented Nova squad backed by a great coaching duo.
