Newark Striders
This week's club runner of the week award goes to Tom Marshall who was part of a band of Newark Striders runners who took part in the Holkham Hall Outlaw Triathlon on Sunday.
Along with athletes from Inverness to Cornwall they had to complete the 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike ride and run a half Marathon,
Tom joins Bernie Divall and Faye Hemingway on our Wall of Fame.
