Notfast Running Club
There were 37 club members over 8 Parkruns this week: Newark, Sherwood Pines, Whitley Bay, Poznan, Tamar Lakes, Swansea, Belton House and Roma Pineto. PB's for Kate Wilson, Anna Poulson, Charlotte Wilson and Suzanne Catley
The main talking point has been the Great North Run on Sunday 9th Sept. 13.1 miles. We had 9 club members running:
Adrian Dix, first back for the club in 01:34:29. Followed by; Steven White (01:57:49), Steve Needham (02:06:32), Peter Middleton (02:24:54), Bonnie Tinsley (02:23:00), Fay Patterson (02:33:28), Victoria Heath (02:36:40), Jonathan Van-Tam (02:42:14) and Sue Needham (02:43:08).
On Friday night John miller completed the Roma by night in Rome in a time of 54:58.
There were a few other events on Sunday
2 of our club members completed the Leicester 10k ; Chris Mumby (01:10:51) and Simon Lock (51:43).
Also, Poitr Dura ran the Szpot Swarzedz Half Marathon in 01:46:50.
Faye Parker and Breeze Rowlands were at the Bawtry 6.5 mile trail race completing in 59:58 and 01:05:51 respectively.
Kimberly Etherington-Bates completed the inflatable 10k at The Newark Showground, completing in 53:55
In Hiking results, Netty Stevens completed the Race For Life Hike.
