All three local cyclocross leagues were on Sunday 28th October this weekend;
In Round 5 of the Lincolnshire Cyclocross League held at South Ormsby Hall, Nr. Louth Isabel Darvill (Velo Schils-Interbike RT) was 4th overall and 2nd Female in the combined Women`s/Junior Race. Weather conditions were very cold and wet.
In Round 4 of the Leicestershire Cyclocross League held at Misterton Hall, Lutterworth Charles Hoyle (Newark Castle Cycling Club) finished a fine 3rd in the Under 12`s Race. In the Youth Under 16/Under 14 Race Finley Bass, racing for the MI Racing Academy, finished 31st
In Round 6 of the Lazer/Ridley West Midlands Cyclocross League held at Stoneleigh National Agricultural & Exhibition Centre, Nr. Kenilworth Jude Du Toit (Newark Castle CC) finished 2nd in the Under 12`s Race with younger Brother Jet Du Toit, also racing for Newark Castle CC also finishing 2nd in the Under 10`s Race
