Newark Swimming Club at Warer Meadows Gala

The gala was aimed at the younger, less experienced swimmers and for most of our them it was their first ever gala.
The 8 year old boys cleaned up as Alfie Marlow, Josh Reynolds and Jamie Love all came first in their events.
Recently voted as most improved swimmer, Amelia Gibson stormed through to a victory in the 50m backstroke.
There were 13 pbs in total from Tristan Dixon-Teasdale (2), Toby Love (2), Spencer Syme-Nicholson (2), Alfie Marlow, Jamie Love (2), Amelia Gibson (2), Emilie Crearer and Mya McCarthy.
Newark finished 4th overall, a good results for the younger swimmers.
